PILATES 600 FLOW

 

Welcome to Pilates 600 Flow!  My name is Cinthia Magno, and I have been teaching and practicing Pilates for over 17 years. Pilates is not only my career, it is my passion.  I love working to strengthen the bodies and minds of my clients, and I find it very rewarding to see the positive impact that Pilates has on their lives – both on and off the reformer!

Over the years, I have seen many of my clients become frustrated trying to find a cover or towel for the reformer bed.  Most of the time, the towels would be more of a problem than a solution.  They would slip around and bunch up, never staying in place.  They would be too small to cover everything.  They would be too big and would end up getting caught in the sides of the bed.  They just didn’t work.

With nothing to effectively cover the reformer bed, we remained faced with the concern over hygiene. Nobody wants to lie on top of someone else’s body sweat & oils, perfumes, lotions, hair products, etc.  Even after wiping down the bed, many of these product residues and bodily germs linger on. Yuck! Using harsh cleaners and chemicals to clean the reformer can deteriorate the vinyl on the bed, and it can also transfer these chemicals onto you or your clients’ skin. So what’s the answer?
